Homemade Pasta 

All natural, no preservatives, no additives, unbleached, unbromated premium King Arthur flour and semolina flour, farm fresh eggs.

All our food products are made in a commercial kitchen inspected by the Department of Agriculture. 

Ravioli

$12 a dozen 

Each tray serves 2-4 people 

To prepare - carefully place ravioli in boiling water for 2-4 minutes. Drain and top with sauce of your choice. 

Three Cheese 

Made with our homemade ricotta cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, and fresh basil (vegetarian) 

Sausage Spinach with Roasted Red Pepper

A mix of locally ground sweet and hot italian pork sausage, fire roasted red peppers, parmesan cheese, and spinach 

Butternut Squash with Sweet Potato 

Butternut squash and sweet potatoes roasted with Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried tarragon (vegetarian and dairy free)

6 Three Cheese, 6 Sausage Spinach with Roasted Red Pepper 

Manicotti & Cannelloni

$12 a tray (6 pieces)  

Each tray serves 2-3 people 

To prepare - preheat the oven to 375. Spread sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and place manicotti/cannelloni along the bottom. Lightly top with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese is lightly browned and bubbly, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.

A mix of our sausage and cheese fillings, wrapped in semolina pasta twizzled with spinach dough

Each package serves 2-3 people 

To prepare - place pasta in boiling water for 2-4 minutes, depending on desired doneness. Drain and serve.

Tomato Basil Marinara $5

A smooth tomato sauce with onions sautéed in Fustinis Tuscan Herb olive oil, fresh basil, garlic and lightly seasoned with salt

Basil Cream Sauce $6

A creamy tomato basil sauce topped with bacon, lightly seasoned with salt

Pesto

$10  (8 oz)

Basil Pesto

Traditional pesto made with local basil, garlic, almonds, canola oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and salt

Garlic Scape Pesto

Our seasonal garlic scape pesto is made with local garlic scapes, basil, canola oil, lemon juice, almonds, parmesan cheese and salt

Lasagna

$35 (approx 12"x7"x3" deep)  

Each lasagna serves 8-10 people 

To thaw place in the fridge 48 hours before cooking. Preheat the oven to 375.  Remove the plastic wrap and place covered pan on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake covered for 40 minutes, them remove foil lid and bake uncovered for  20 more minutes until the top is bubbling and light brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. 

Meat and Cheese Lasagna

A mix of our three cheese and sausage spinach fillings layerd with semolina pasta and our homemade tomato basil marinara, topped with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna 

Roasted zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, and fire-roasted red and yellow peppers layered with our three cheese filling, homemade spinach pasta and basil marinara, topped with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings
